The application that turns an individual gesture into a collective action!
Source: WWF
WAG stands for We Act for Good, a programme of WWF. It is a digital platform where each person's actions are transformed into collective action. By being part of a dynamic and collaborative community, everyone takes back the power to consume better for themselves and for the planet.
With WAG, if we all change a little, it changes everything!
What is WAG?
The idea was born out of an observation: 87% of French people feel concerned by environmental issues and are ready to adapt their habits: fortheir children, for their health or simply to live better.
WAG allows you to take action:
- I don't know where to start
We Act for Good offers a tailor-made transformational programme. - I don't want it to be difficult
We Act for Good provides a map that makes it easy and effective to take action - I don't want to be alone
We Act for Good aims to create a community of one million French people.
Thanks to several hundred tailor-made challenges based on nine themes, WAG allows you to take action:
- Reconnecting to Nature: with We Act for Good, bring nature back into your life.
- Eating well: learn to consume more healthily and in harmony with what the planet offers us throughout the year.
- Towards Zero Waste: WAG knows a thing or two about sorting, so stop worrying and follow the coach!
- Getting around: to optimise your mobility, WAG gives you all the tips you need to keep moving.
- Optimising energy: WAG provides economic tips to reduce energy consumption and accelerate the energy transition.
- Do It Yourself: it 's a much simpler solution than you might think, you just have to know how to do it!
- In the office: become eco-responsible at work, whether on the road, in the office, at lunch or around the coffee machine.
- L'odyssée des Kids: a tailor-made space to engage children in protecting the planet on a daily basis.
- Baby is coming: a turnkey guide for all future and young parents in the midst of transition! Advice and tips to prepare for the arrival of baby, from pregnancy to the first two years of life.
Each user is invited, challenge by challenge, to pick and choose from the resources provided: tips to do at home, services and products, eco-responsible places nearby, events, recipes and guides to print. The most interesting thing is that users can propose their own initiatives, recipes and tutorials, in order to share their solutions and experiences and make them available to the community.
An evolving, fun and tailor-made programme
In their personal space, each user can follow the progress of their current challenges.
A personalised news feed gives access to quizzes, news, tutorials for making your own products or recipes, depending on your current challenges. An interactive map allows everyone to find eco-responsible places and services, shops for everyday purchases, committed restaurants, etc.
This platform was initiated by WWF France and its founding partners ADEME, MAIF and La Poste.
