iDEE: a successful ambassadors' evening
A radiant weather, an exceptional site, a numerous, studious and benevolent assembly, what better way to inaugurate the launching of our association.
Our volunteers welcomed over 120 people.
The evening began with a visit to the permaculture garden of Hugues Devries who amazed the guests by presenting the similarities between the organisation of living things, plants and humans: we are all connected.
After marvelling at the spectacle of the lake overlooked by the castle, the guests moved to the conference room.
Jean Baptiste Bosson, glaciologist and member of the COS iDEE, presented the challenge of global warming on glaciers with the impact on economic life, particularly via access to water. This allowed the transition to the presentation of the iDEE association, its ambitions, its objectives and its action plan. Jean Luc Baudin led the evening and invited Denis Maugain, President, to speak in turn, followed by the founding administrators: Rémi Forsans, Jean Baptiste Nicola, Julia Bertret, Michel Vignoud (represented by Adrien Falewée), not forgetting the COS members, Stéphane Victor and Mathieu Mangeot.
The evening ended festively, with a glass of (organic) wine or (organic) juice in hand, with large platters of cheese, charcuterie and other small treats...and always with an incredible view of the sunset lake
